Infant 2
Hello, my name is Miss Jenn and I am the lead teacher in the Infant 2 classroom. I started working at The Learning Garden in 2019 after my son had been attending as an infant. The only word that I can use to describe The Learning Garden is "Family". From the very start it felt like home. I have 2 terrific children that attend The Learning Garden and they have learned so much! It is a privilege and honor to be part of the growth of not only my children, but others as well!
Infant 2
12 to 18 months
The Infant 2 classroom is designed for infants 12 months – 18 months. In this room we build upon developmental skills and milestones that have been achieved in Infant 1. The children will begin to enhance their gross motor, fine motor, and cognitive skills, as well as beginning to learn self-help skills. Our infant 2 room allows children to begin to explore their newfound independence while also teaching them important social skills. We approach learning with a balance of child-directed and teacher-initiated opportunities to guide their exploration of new skills, routines, and language.
