Summer Camp
Summer Camp
Children that have completed Kindergarten - 12 years of age
Our summer camp program is designed to keep the children highly active, while accomplishing our mission to help them grow spiritually, strengthen physically, and advance mentally. We achieve this by adhering to a schedule full of activities and variety that aids in teaching the campers Christian life skills. Our summer camp is separated into two groups, seniors (campers that have completed 2nd grade thru 12 years of age) and juniors (campers that have completed either Kindergarten or 1st grade).
With the campers at The Learning Garden full time, it allows us to take the Christian education lessons that we learn throughout the school year and apply them during summer camp. Over the past 15 years, our summer campers have raised more than $35,000 through various fundraisers that they have conducted and then donated that money to several children's charities.
We also focus on the campers spending as much time outside as possible as demonstrated in the below weekly summer camp schedule. When not outside, the campers have a 6,000 sq. ft. gym that allows for large group games and activities that will help them develop physically and get the exercise that their bodies need.
